Loi Krathong - Thai Food Festival at Le Royal Meridien, Mumbai



Loi Krathong is the festival of Thai culture literally translates to ‘floating on handcraft raft’, celebrated every November with pomp in Chiang Mai and all over Thailand. This year Le Royal Meridien, Mumbai invites Chef Kroongtana Nimnu from Chiang Mai to recreate the auspicious Thai festive culture with its cuisine and colours.
Chef Nimnu, Executive Chef, Hotel Angkor Silk specializes in Spa Cuisine and Thai food décor. He has an experience in Thai cuisine for over 15 years all across the globe such as Finland, Dubai, Vietnam.
The spa cuisine as well as the festive cuisine will bring the true essence of Thailand to Le Royal Meridien, Mumbai.
Yum Phak Grob, Tod Mun Goong, Tom Kha, Quay Teou Naam, Khao Phad Graphao, Khao Phad Graphao, Steak Pla (Fish) or Tofu, Yam Phak Sod, Steamed Shrimp in fresh cream with spicy deep aroma herbs, Stir fried soft yellow noodles with prawns and crispy basil leaf, Homali (Thai Jasmine rice), Thai custard with coconut cream topped with crispy shallots.
