Saturdays hails the land of the Nawabs, with Chef Qureshi russeling authentic Lucknowi cuisine up his sleeve in a lavish dinner buffet. Chef presents Dum Nalli Shorba, Kacche Gosht ki Biryani, Galouti kebab, Raan – e- Qureshi and Nalli Nihari
