Anuraag Bhatnagar, general manager of Le Royal Meridien, Mumbai had won 5 awards in the previous year and gloriously bagged 9 awards with a special award for winning the Outstanding Talent Developer Award in the Starwood Hotels, Asia Pacific division. The categories for the other 8 awards were:
